We respect your privacy, so your email and financial information will never be sold or given to any third party for their use. Your email is solely used for the purpose of booking, scheduling, and processing your transaction. You will never receive any marketing solicitation or promotional codes from “someguyandhiscar”.
Purchaser authorizes charges, to their card provided, in accordance to our rules and regulations and furthermore for anything stolen from the vehicle, any damage done to the vehicle by themselves, invited or uninvited guests and / or any overtime. someguyandhiscar, or its designated representative, is hereby appointed customer’s attorney-in-fact to sign customer’s signature for additional charges to the customer’s credit card for damages, overtime, and/or charges due and not immediately paid by the customer and is expressly empowered and authorized to charge all costs resulting from damages to said credit card.
We reserve the right to cancel, at our discretion, due to weather or vehicle maintenance or any other condition deemed appropriate by someguyandhiscar. someguyandhiscar reserves the right to contract other vehicle service(s) to fulfill this commitment if deemed necessary by our company. Purchaser agrees that the company is only estimating the amount of people will fit in the vehicle that you reserve.
*someguyandhiscar will not accept any personal responsibility, financial liabilities, blame or fault for any accident, incident, or damage to a third party or your personal vehicle used by someguyandhiscar.
*some guy and his car will not and does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damaged, stolen or defective personal property including but not limited to luggage or electronics.
All billing run from portal start time to portal end time. You’re billed in one hour long blocks of time. Billing begins when vehicle leaves home port and stops when vehicle returns to home port. • There is no guarantee that overtime hours will be available. Please be sure that the number of hours booked is sufficient.
For the safety and security of our guests, we will monitor our rides with on-board video and audio recordings from the time we pick you up to the time we drop you off. (Opt out available when signing up for our service.)
Cancellation and Refund Policy: – All rides must be paid in full at time of booking service. – Cancellation within 72 hours of scheduled departure forfeits total amount paid. – You will be given the opportunity to reschedule within 30 days of cancellation with the original contract. (Depending on availability). There will be a 20% rescheduling fee added. (Upon approval, we may also allow your cancelled ride to be transferred to a third party. (Subject to the 20% rescheduling fee.)
